• Consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

arising from the use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, ResEthiq's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
