What the assessment covers

We evaluate four dimensions of your data integrity posture.

Dataset characteristics
Format, volume, column types, and domain. We determine which of the 95 fingerprint categories are applicable and which Phase A, B, or C fingerprints are most material for your use case.
Regulatory context
Which regulations govern your AI deployment — FDA, HIPAA, RBI, SEBI, EU AI Act, DPDP, or others. We map your regulatory requirements to specific fingerprint requirements and policy thresholds.
Existing data pipeline
Whether your data has been imputed, augmented, resampled, or otherwise processed. We identify which transformations require documentation and which require cryptographic certification.
Audit and submission requirements
Whether the SPO needs to satisfy an internal audit, a regulatory submission, a board review, or potential litigation discovery. Each context determines the policy stringency and documentation depth.

We send a written pilot proposal — scope, deliverables, timeline, and engagement terms. No pricing without mutual fit confirmed.

Pilot certification run
ResEthiq runs the Trust Kernel against your dataset in your environment. You receive a full SPO and audit bundle as the pilot deliverable.
Pilot deliverables
Signed Policy Object (SPO) — CBOR-encoded, Ed25519 signed, RFC 3161 timestamped. Independently verifiable by any regulator.
Full examination report — per-fingerprint results across all applicable Phase A categories with Bayesian synthesis and FDR correction.
Policy recommendation — a customised policy YAML file tuned to your regulatory context for ongoing use.
Audit bundle — structured documentation package formatted for regulatory submission or internal governance review.
Findings debrief — 60-minute session with the ResEthiq team to walk through results, anomalies, and recommended remediation steps.
